EDL ”Flightbar” automatic shrink bundler packaging system, model ”system 2000”, serial number 40111, consisting of model 600 F/ BASS twin stream (2 lane) flightbar automatic sleeve sealing machine, s/n 31936, with integral collator, 18” wide Intralox feed conveyor x 20’ long, 6 adjustable lane guides, includes Shrink Tunnel model 24/15, s/n 4011, 24” wide Intralox conveyor x 8' long, 14” high opening, 30 cycles per minute, uses 1.25 - 4.0 mil low density polyethylene up to 22” wide, Texas Instruments 305 PLC controller, previously used to bundle/shrink wrap 2 sets of six 8 oz. water bottles in a 2x3 pattern, excellent condition  (Inv. # 001349)

EDL's Flightbar offers total flexibility and product control for trayed or tray-less collations of consumer products.
Random pack sizes can be wrapped without a changeover, and the flight bars gently guide unstable products to ensure smooth product transfer during the sealing process.  Bundles can be produced with tension for a tight wrap, or without tension for a sleeve wrap. Tight wraps are ideal for dense granular products in bags such as flour, sugar, rice, some pastas and candies, etc., as well as soft, pliable products such as bags of socks, gloves, washcloths, etc. The list of products is limitless for bundling with a combination of print registered film and the tight wrap method.
