Semi Automatic vertical hand load Cartoner capable of speeds up to 120cpm. Equipped with 6' extended load section - 15' overall each side, standard 30” long blank carton magazine, 3-part, elliptical motion tucking bar system to insure closed box quality and emergency stops.
Features rugged and simple construction, including welded steel framework, heavy-duty lug chains (qty 3), all-mechanical drive mechanisms and cam-driven carton pickup.
Also equipped w/ Bivans mfg bottom deboss flap coder.
Carton Size Range:  1/2” - 5 5/16”L x 1/2” - 3 1/2”W x 1-3/4” - 11” D.
Production rates up to 120 CPM.
OAD: 25'L x 4' (add 3' when blank magazine mounted), 5'H  
3ph/60c/230v w/ vacuum inducer.
