40 cu. ft. portable dough chipper on casters. Trough is constructed of carbon steel and is 44” wide x 76” long and 24” deep. Capable of handling 1200 lbs of straight dough. There are 21 stainless steel chipping arms with two blades each. The feed belt is 36” wide and 76” long. Belt and rotoray chipping arms are driven by model B331 5 hp variable speed Reeves drive. Overall dimensions are 49” wide x 94” long x 60” high with drive. Requires 230/460 3ph electrical supply. (2 AVAILABLE).
