The serial no is 92-74-94 and the model is VERTUCK.  Before placing this machine into service the chain and rail system were replaced with new.  Some electronic switches were also replaced but I do not have a complete list.  We used the machine for less than three months when the opportunity to purchase a Jones was presented to us.  Since it matched the other equipment we were running we made the switch and moth balled the Bivans
