This is a U.S. Improved Siphon Filler, S.N. 2718, manufactured by U.S. Bottlers Mach. Co. complete with an overhead SS supply tank and a Graco fill pump, Model 226-945 Series B89A, controlled by a float in the overhead tank.  
 
The reservior has several fill tubes showing for presentation
purposes only.  In reality the tray can accomodate 6 fill tubes, and
currently there are 5 reg. 3/4” fill tubes, 1 short 3/4” fill tube, and 2
reg. 7/16” fill tubes.  Also in the tray are a couple 3/4” tube/tip spares.
