Escan Tilting kettle with an approximate capacity of 20 litres recently removed from a food manufacturing company. The maximum allowable working pressure of this unit is 40 psi @ 227 deg. F.  and operates on 208v 3 phase electrics.  The kettle is 14-1/2 inches deep and 17” diameter. Is is build onto an all stainless steel stand.
