This is a steam driven pastuerizer custom made for us by Aeroglide. It has a U shaped tunnel, bottles enter and exit from the same end. Capacity is 120 cases per hour. This is one of the few small units for Micro Brewerys that bottle. You can assume existing lease on this unit.
