THIS IS A 2,200 GALLON STAINLESS STEEL JACKETED PRESSURE WALL PROCESSOR,  MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN.  IT IS EQUIPED WITH SIDE SCRAPE AGITATION THAT EXTENDS HALF WAY UP THE SIDE WALL.  THE SIDE WALL IS JACKETED 50% OF ITS HEIGHT.  DISHED TOP AND BOTTOM.  3” CENTER BOTTOM DISCHARGE.  2” CIP IN BOTTOM.  THE TOP HAS 2 EACH 3.75” SANITARY CONNECTIONS AND 1 EACH 3” SANITARY CONNECTION.  HYDROSTAR HYDRAULIC DRIVE MOTOR FOR AGITATOR DRIVE.  OVER ALL HEIGHT IS 14' WITH LEGS. GOOD CONDITION.
