Votator deodorizer system rated at 15,000 pounds per hour - WEST system. Complete system including superstructure, valves, piping, and controls. Most controls operated by a TI 575 plc (available but not included in price). 5 tray semi-continuous deodorizer system. Includes scrubber system and distillate recovery, new citric acid metering system. System uses Dowtherm as heating media (vaporizer not included) but can be converted to high pressure steam if desired. Vacuum system is a 3 stage steam ejector with vacuum pump assist for good vacuum. Built in 1975. The deodorizer is still installed, and was running until Dec 2003. (3115)
