Descriptions
The GPF-200A automatic gear pump filler is designed and engineered to produce precision filling suitable for various industrial products such cosmetic, foodstuff, chemical, pharmaceutical industry.
The filler uses a gear pump concept as a metering device to fill correct amounts of liquids into containers.
Each revolution or part revolution of the pump delivers an exact amount of liquid into the container. The amount delivered is controlled by an electronic counter.

Features
Fills a wide variety of container sizes from 10 ml - 10,000 ml.  
The volume, speed and timer between filling can be adjusted.
All contactable parts are made of high quality 316L Stainless Steel and according to cGMP standard.
Up to 20 filling setting can be memorized.
Support selectable variable fill speeds.
Able to fill thin liquid like lubricating oil, shampoo, lotions, conditioner etc.
Plug-In operation.
Foot pedal is included. 
Compact portable design.
Positive-shut-off nozzle.
User friendly Operator interface.
