RATED FOR 26,000 LBS/HR OF WATER EVAPORATION, DESIGNED TO RUN THREE TYPES OF DEPECTINIZED JUICE, CLEAR AND CLOUDY APPLE JUICE, AND GRAPE JUICE. SUPPLYING JUICE CONCENTRATE FOR THE JAPANESE MARKET AND IS A SPECIAL HEAT SENSITIVE DESIGN [PLATES] WITH SHORT RESIDENCE TIME. SYSTEM WAS NEW IN 1992, IS COMPLETE WITH ALL ACCESSORIES, PUMPS, CONTROLS ETC. IN ADDITION, THIS SYSTEM INCLUDES A MATCHED EVAPCO COOLING TOWER W/ PUMP. THERE ARE 159 CASSETTES, 318 PLATES.
