Used Rietz Horizontal screw press, Mdl RSP 16-K2, with all wetted parts being sanitary s./s. It is equipped with a 20 h.p. varaible speed main drive, variable speed drive on the ratating cone, and hydraulic adjust for pressure on the cone. It is unitized on stand, has s/s feed hopper, and s/s screw auger discharge for the solids. last running fruit for juice and concentrate.
