Kramer 50 Ton industrial grade HVAC cooling condenser unit. 460VAC 3P 125A. 212 lb R-22, 3-line, flooded system. Contains (2) 25 ton two head Copland compressors with crank case heaters, unloaders, high and low refrigerant pressure limit switches, oil pressure safety switches, hot gas bypass regulator, oil separator/accumulator system, oil level control and (5) staged coil cooling fans controlled by pressure and temperature.

 

The compressors are 1.5 years old, both compressors were replaced in the fall of 2006, and the unit is currently pumped down containinig 212 lbs of R-22. The unit was maintained through quarterly PM services. There are no deficiencies with this unit. It was removed from service at the end of March 2008 in excellant condition to make way for a larger system.
