APV Crepco liquid product temperature control system. Total 10 sq ft from all 3 stages.  This is a custom made system that use chilled and hot water to control and record product temperature.  Equipped with APV model Junior 3 sectioned plate and frame heat exchanger. The heat exchanger uses 34f chilled water from an Edwards Engineering Model LSCC3A chiller.  Chiller Serial # 853790. Chiller is rated at 36,000 BTU/HR. 281f  steam for hot water is supplies by outside source.
