HOLMATIC PR-3S Cup Filler, Sealer, Lidder - 28735

 

The machine will de-nest, sense double cupping, and sense no-cup present. It will fill the cup, apply a plastic seal, lid the cup, date the bottom, and eject the cup. This machine will fill/seal/lid three cups at once, approximately (conservatively) 60 cups per minute.

 

The machine requires use of one die roller at a time. This machine comes with the following spare rollers; one spare roller for the five-pound, one for the thirty-two ounce, one for the combination five-pound and thirty-two ounces. Two spares for the six-ounce. There are many other miscellaneous spare parts for this machine which are included.

 

This machine originally came equipped with a nitrogen air discharge, this has been removed.

 

Condition: This machine has not operated since 2001. The die rollers need to be re-surfaced, it needs new air lines, the self-lubing lines need to be installed, the anvil needs to be re-surfaced, and needs all around maintenance and cleanup. When it was taken off-line it was a working, running machine. Holmatics are the leader in the cup filling industry, with a little attention this will be a top machine.
