Classic hermetic batch Delaval separator (workhorse) of dairy industry. Nominal rating of 5500 lb/hr on 40 to 45 F milk. The separator was purchased to do butter separation and comes with an additional hot disc stack for butter. Original disc stack is rated for hot or cold (preferred) milk. Come complete with disassembly and reassembly tools, manual, etc. Separator has been stored indoors in heated environment since last used.
