All stainless steel steam jacketed and hollow flight auger blancher, 24” dia auger x 15' long inside, 15' long overall. Unit does have a gear reduced drive currently mounted. Unit has max operating psi of 45 and max allowable temperature of 211 Degrees F for both the screw & jacket. The unit has a 5HP SEW Eurodrive, 230/460V, currently set up for 230.
