Quality Cup QC-8 rotary cup filler & sealer is a cost effective and versatile machine for filling and sealing containers with pre-cut foil. The QC-8 automatically dispenses containers, fills product, and applies tamper-evident heat seal or snap-on over cap lid, at rate of up to 45 containers per minute.

Nablach Auger filler is state-of-the-art, computer controlled, brushless, direct drive, servo motor system provides superior fill accuracy and substantially improves reliability through the elimination of over 30 mechanical parts such as clutch/brakes, encoders, drive belts, and pulleys which are used in most other fillers.

The icon-based graphical user interface with touch screen inputs provides fast and easy system control along with digital servo motor with shaft resolution of 1/5000 per revolution gives precise control ability, which means the auger is consistent each and every time providing fill accuracies of +/- 0.25%.

The built-in weight set-up helps setup fill parameters automatically, insuring that target weight is met every time. The product memory is capable of storing filling parameters for up to sixty-five (65) products (Filling production rates up to 120 fills per minute), saving the exact filling parameters and storing them with an assigned name, racalling them as easy as touch of a button. This unit is 230V, single phase.
