Used Magnum USA 23 Station Double Sided Rotary Tablet Press. This is a “D” size Tablet Press capable of producing up to 24mm diameter tablets at up to 50,000 tablets per hour, depending on product and size. Maximum depth of fill: 13/16”, Maximum operating pressure: 10 tons, Upper punch penetration: 1/16” to 5/16”Comes with 2 Stainless Steel Product Hoppers, 2 Open Feed Frames, Keyed turret, 1 set of tooling, complete plexiglass guarding with safety sensors, Stainless Steel construction including the base, and a ProFace PLC touch screen controller. Electrics: 3/60/480 volts. Overall dimensions: 42” x 44” x 70” high. Unit was last used in a large vitamin manufacturing facility and is available for immediate delivery - 2 units available w/ assorted new tooling.
