1. Unused USA Magnum 48” High Efficiency Tablet Coating System, Model BG-150. THIS IS A COMPLETE SYSTEM WITH CONTROL PANEL, COATING PAN, SPRAY SYSTEM, PUMP, HEATING AND EXHAUST SYSTEMS. Specifications: All Stainless Steel construction, Maximum Tablet Volume: 150 Kg per batch, Coating Pan Diameter: 48¡±. Feed Inlet Diameter: 19¡±. Coating Pan speed: 0 to 16 rpm. Air Heater Air Flow: 1685 m©ø/Hour. Air Heater Temperature Range: 0 to 80¢ªC. Pan is all Stainless Steel construction, which is perforated and comes with baffles for agitation. Comes enclosed in a Stainless Steel cabinet measuring 70¡± x 50¡± x 89¡±. System comes with a Stainless Steel Agitated Tank with Programmable heat controls and a Positive Displacement Pump leading to the spray guns inside the coating pan. Pump Speed: 40 to 200 rpm. The heat exchanger includes a centrifugal fan, filtration system, and is heated by steam or electric heat. Dimensions of Heat Exchanger: 40¡± x 36¡± x 82¡± high and is housed in a Stainless Steel shroud. An external exhaust cabinet takes the hot air from the pan and exhausts it to the outside. Exhaust cabinet measures 48¡± x 39¡± x 80¡± and is constructed of Stainless Steel. All electrics: 3/60/230 volts. This system comes complete and is available for immediate delivery.
