The Model 713 slicer will handle a large variety of product. It can either bulk slice, stack, or shingle into groups. Distance between each stack or group is adjustable. This machine is capable of running various size product. It is constructed of all SS & Aluminum. Comes with shuttle conveyor (14” W X 30” L rubber belt) for stacking purposes. Product slicing area is 13” wide x 7” high. Currently set up with 2 turrets, # 1= 5” dia., # 2 = 4 3/4” dia. both 22” depth. Suitable for cheese, meat, fish, & a good variety of other products. Capacity is (60) strokes per minute, speed does vary with product size thickness.
