Classic Sanitary 300 gal Vacuum Pan System for food use.  This Lee vacuum pan comes complete with condenser and vacuum pump.  Pan has has steam jacket, as well as steam coil inside for heating.  Rated capacity is 167 gal / hour.  The evaporator was used very infrequently for dairy products (i.e. buttermilk) that needed concentrating prior to drying in pilot plant.  Does not include all the bells and whistles shown in Lee literature attached (no inline refractormeter, no essence recovery vessel, no  agitator,  also the inner coil is much more sanitary than the one shown in drawing.
