This is a Premier positive displacement blower for pneumatic conveying of products.  It is rated at about 310 cfm.  It is driven by a 20 hp electric motor. 230/460 vac 3 ph power required.  This unit is mounted in a sound dampening enclosure and includes inlet and outlet mufflers.
