Blaw-Knox two stage with thermorecompression 3.5 to 1 Food Grade Evaporator manufactured in 1955. CE Rogers control panel New in 2001. New controls, vac pump, fristam feed and discharge pumps, Rosemount DP level controls with remote seals, SLC 500 Allen Bradley controller for CIP, Marley red wood cooling tower new in 1996. Includes all valves for CIP/Process. Jacketed surge tank with DP auto level control and valve, and much more. Was used to evaporate whole milk from 11% to 45% solids.
I installed and operated this evaporator and for a fee can install at your location and train your crew.
