Machine utilizes an easy to use Allen-Bradley PLC to maintain consistent Pouches.

There are 4 separate motors:

1. Motor for the roll of film at the beginning of the machine, used to feed material and to maintain proper tension of the film as it is guided through the machine.

2. Motor for auto-centering of the film using data from the two eye sensors at each side of the machine.

3. Motor for the zipper, to feed the zipper and to maintain proper tension.

4. Motor to drive the cam.
