This is a Savage Bros. 50 lbs. (20 quart) self contained, electric, single motion, side and bottom scraped surface jacketed kettle.  This has many features including DIGITAL temperature control for precise control of product.  In addition we had this built so it has a separate control for PRODUCT temp. monitoring that is also digital.  Great for labs who demand precision.  Unit also tilts for ease of cleaning.
