Heat and control continous potato chip fryer with oil heater. Stainless belt driven continous fryer with 176” long x 33” wide and 8.5” deep carbon steel frying vat. (actual cooking area is 140” long).  Stainless steel structure sheeting on carbon steel frame.  Hood is stainless steel.  Has a hood lifting system for easy cleaning.  Has 4 fire supression bells mounted to hood. Driven by .75 hp 90 vdc motor. It is equipped with a gas fired hot oil heater. Sorry all tags are removed, do not have a model or serial number on either piece.  Overall dimensions are 17.5' long x 4' wide and 8' high.
