Model CHU1000E. 1000# size. Shelf pak series. Micro-Pak MP500 processor. Single truck. 208/3 phase electric. Comes with 2 matched SS trucks 20 tier. 40 SS Screens lined with plastic. 10 Smokesticks 42”. Liquid smoke tank (not installed).
This unit has never had smoke in it. Excellent condition, very clean. Currently hooked up so you can see it work. Small cosmetic dent in one corner. Was used for USDA Jerky products. Make an offer today - This unit will not last.
