(1) Used Co-Current Parallel Flow Spray Dryer System, Manufactured by Bayliss Industries, with high pressure atomization. it has a 4' x 20' (14) guage 304 s/s drying chamber with a 60 degree conical bottom, horizontal side discharge and rotary air lock with 1 h.p. motor to s/s bag house with c/st external ribbing covered with 4” mineral wool insulation with 22 gauge sheathing. The system is equipped with a 1,000,000 mm BTU natural gas burner, (1) Reverse Pulse bag filter, 12' L with 4 1/2” diameter bags that have 304 s/s cages. Top bag removal, Aramid filter media 14 oz/ sq. yd., the product side housing is 304 s/s, top plenum is c/ct, has 3” mineral wool insulation, (22) gauge aluminum sheathing, and cycle controls with Nema 4 enclosure. It includes Stainless Steel Tri Plex ”PD” feed pump with a 5 h.p. variable speed severe duty motor, pulsation damper, pressure relief valve, and ceramic plungers.

The evaporation rate is 200 kg/hr, inlet temp. 1200 degrees f, outlet temp. 300 degrees f, design particle size: 20% max. < 74 micron (200 mesh), 20% > 177 micron (80 mesh).

The system was new in 1996
