This listing is for a new surplus, never usedGroen 100 gallon, 316 stainless steel kettle.  The unit is FULLY jacketed, not like the typical kettles that are only jacketed 1/3 or 1/2 up.  In addition to the jacket, it has a nice robust SEW Eurodrive that is 7.5 hp, and a full side and bottom sweep agitator with scrapers.  The jacket is rated at 45 PSI @ 300 degrees F for heating.  In addition to heating, it is also rated for cooling at -20 degrees F @ 45 PSI. Unit is self contained and comes with heat & chill unit that is mounted externally.  No need for a boiler or heat exchanger.
