Odenberg steam peeler, Approx. 650 Liter Capacity, s/n 102206, with bucket elevator, Allen Bradley touch panel controls, discharge conveyor & exhaust steam condenser tank. Pressure Vessel has a National Board #422, rated at 300 psi at 425 degrees F.  System was originally manufactured in 1998. As-Is, Where Is. In Good Condition.

Previously used for steam peeling papaya
