Fuji Machinery Co. Model FW-3 Form & Fill machine. 6 forming tubes-3/4” diameter. 3 rotary fillers. 3 vibratory hoppers with feeders. 17½” serrated jaw sealers. SAM-PN6-08-6L #8709 4726. 200 volts/3 phase. DD613-KE. Packaging 1/2” size jaw breakers/3 flavors of gum balls. Can use poly, cellophane or metalized film. Machine was doing a small bag or tube for KLM Airlines. The width of the bag cannot change, but the length of the bag could be for 1 pc of candy or it can go up to 2 ft. Like a tube filled with jaw breakers or gum balls. Can have 1 flavor, 3 flavors 10 flavors etc. Was working when taken out. Looks great.
