FEATURING WIDE FRAME DESIGN WITH DUAL HEADS FOR SEMI AUTOMATIC FILLING OF PRE-STERILIZED BAGS. OPERATORS PLACE THE CAPPED SPOUT OF THE BAG INTO THE AIRTIGHT FILLING CHAMBER, THE CAP IS REMOVED, THE FILLING NOZZLE ENTERS THE BAG PULLING VACUUM, FILLS THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF PRODUCT, FLUSHES WITH NITROGEN AND CAPS THE BAG. THE FILLED BAG IS THEN EJECTED. DESIGNED FOR ASEPTIC HIGH OR LOW ACID FILLING AS WELL AS VISCOUS OR PARTICULATED PROUCTS WITH PARTICLES UP TO 3/8” AT UP TO 600 BAGS PER HOUR, 316 STAINLESS STEEL CONTACT SURFACES, ALLEN BRADLEY ”PANELVIEW” CONTROL SYSTEM, MICRO MOTION FLOW METER, 100 PSI COMPRESSED AIR @ 10 CFM AND STEAM AT 80 PSI X 50 LBS/HR REQUIRED. OAD 100” WIDE X 6' DEEP X 8' HIGH. NEW REPLACEMENT COST $ 225,000.00, FORMERLY USED IN FOOD INGREDIENTS.
