Fully Automatic Horizontal Form/Fill/Seal Packaging Machine with Liquid, Cream and Auger Filler. PAKONA’S Horizontal Form / Fill / Seal Machine is a high speed pouch making and product packaging machine. The machine PK-91 gives higher speed and accurate weight of product. PK-91 Machine is available with the different types of Fillers, for the following products: Liquid, Powder, cream, spice powder, powder and liquid in the same pouch. The packaging material is draw off a supply reel by a pair of rollers. It passes through a Die Punching System which makes two holes at equi-distance to form a Stand-up Pounch. Further the reel passes over a folding plought and a gusset former which converts the web into a folded W. Vertical & Bottom Seals are made in accordance with the size of pouch required. The sealed web passes through water cooled jaws before each pouch gets separated from the web by a cutter and is transferred to the Turret. Each pounch is held by a pair of Grippers while being passed from station to station. The Programmable Logic Controller take care of the cirucuit of machine. The PLC used in the PK-91 machine is of “ Mitsubishi” make type FX-1N. Extra feature: Stand-up pouch unit, straw insertion hole punching unit, top cooling assembly.
