PAKONA PK 70 Vertical Form/Fill/Seal UNUSED - 32611

Pakona’s PK-70 2T-W Form/Fill/Seal packaging machine is a high speed pouch making and product packaging machine. The machine PK-70 gives higher speed and accurate weight of product with Two Track Wider Weigher. The machine is especially designed to pack products like Detergents powder, Tea, Coffee, Milk powder, Wafers, etc. It can pack grannual type product like Sugar, Pulses, Rice, etc.
The machine handles various Laminate or heat sealable materials such as LDPE, HM, HDPE, Paper coated with polyethylene, Glassine coated with polyethylene, Cellulose coated with niter cellulose, polyvinyldene chloride (saran) or with polyethylene, Paper / Alluminium foil / poly, PE / Alluminium foil / poly, PET poly, Virgin film or any heat sealable material of good quality       .
The Laminate or heat sealable material is fed to the machine in a roll form with the heat sealable coating on the inner side of the Laminate. The Laminate is drawn through the Dancing Roller Assembly, Photo Electric Eye Mark and Guide Rollers over a Forming Collar and through the annular space between the Collar and the Forming Pipe. A tube of Laminate is formed over the forming pipe with the fin seal being achieved by the vertical sealing jaw. This tube is then lowered to the cross sealers to form a perfect leak proof tube.
The Horizontal sealing jaws move towards and away from each other by Pneumatic Cylinders. When the sealing jaws are in open position, the tube gets pulled by Clutch - Brake Mechanism.
The sealing jaws are electrically heated to form a cross seal on the formed Laminate tube i.e,

-          The top seal of the pouch already formed and filled.
-          The bottom seal of the next pouch so that the next batch of material could be introduced into the Laminate tube.

The material to be packed is introduced into the packaging film tube just after the sealing jaws close. Between the two sections of the sealing jaws, which forms the two cross seal, there is a narrow space running across the full length of the sealing areas. A cutting knife is located in the space between two sealing jaws. When the Horizontal sealing jaws close, the cutting knife is moved forward into the slot of the opposite sealing jaw. The cutting knife has saw tooth edges to shear the formed, filled and sealed pouch from the packaging film tube. This pouch drops down when the sealing jaws open.
