This is a  45 station high speed bi layer tablet press from a global pharmaceutical company, that was last used to tablet Chewable Vitamins.

  • Maximum tablet size 16mm
  • Maximum tablet thickness 8.5 mm
  • Maximum depth of fill 18mm
  • Rated at 405,000 tablets per hour
  • Pitch circle ř 508mm (about 20”)
  • Speed of die plate 30-75 per minute
  • die-ř 30.16mm (about 5/8”)
  • depth of die 22.22 mm (about 7/8”)
  • punch body is 19mm ( about 3/4”)
