This unit is a Homogenizer Smoother for Ricotta cheese. Each tank has a pump underneath it. One pump powered by a motor with a mechanic gearbox and variator, and another one powered by inverter. It used homogenize the product in one tank and then transfer it to the other one which would be used to feed a packaging machine. Year- 2003, 2 x 60 litre tanks, 2 agitators rated 0,37 kW with speed variators, can do from 10 to 50 rpm. 1 lobe pump powered by an electric motor with variator, linked to an homogenization head able to reach 10 BARs of pressure. 1 lobe pump powered by an electric motor with inverter. 600 kg/h productivity.
