Used Kronen GS-10 Vegetable Cutter.  This German all stainless cutter cuts from 1-50 mm by means of a simple digital display.  It can slice leafy delicate vegetables, herbs, cheese, bread, etc.  All parts are made of stainless and can be removed without tools rapidly. Model- GS10; Year- 1999; Phase- 1; Volts- 230V; Hertz- 50; Kw- 1.8. The machine comes with a spare new poly belt for the feed conveyor, one 2-wing-knife. That is all we needed to use it to slice our product. Comes with several blades, and an extra new feed belt. We were using this machine until June 27th, 2008 when we closed the plant. We have the manuals for this machine as well. New machine costs over $24,000.00
