Butcher Boy 500/56 mixing grinder, has 500 lb stainless steel hopper, lower cabinet is 100% stainless steel, 20 HP main motor, 5 hp feed screw/ mixing motor, chains and sprockets are in excellent shape, interior is very clean, stainless steel adjustable legs, upgraded control station, has gemini connection. Standard 56 bowl, This grinder was previously completely refurbished 4 years ago. This machine is in superior condition and is ready for immediate production.
