Stainless Steel Alfa-Laval spiral 10 sq/ft heat exchanger configured as a condensing vent for flammable liquids. This was removed from a 6000 gallon alcohol tank in a Dupont Plant. This system includes a stainless steel flame arrestor and vent cap

Vapors (voc's) from the tank would pass through the exchanger and condense back to liquid and return to the tank. Non voc gases would be vented to atmosphere. This eliminates the tank as a voc source. The system also vents the tank during discharge to prevent vacumn damage.

The exchanger can also be used for liquid/liquid, liquid/gas and gas/gas use. Spiral Designs are very efficient and have removable heads for cleaning if necessary
