Cast Aluminum made, 115 V , 60 Hz, 1 Phase, 1/2 Hp,
Hobart's 403 Tenderizer is perfect for any restaurant. This unit was cleverly put together for greater function and production. Thanks to the units lower profile it is easier to insert the meat into the blades. Placing the meat into the blades is also made easier by the plastic guides, which help the meat go where it is supposed to and reduces unintentional folding. A translucent guard allows the operator to view the processing and point out any problems that may occur. The burnished aluminum housing makes cleanup less of a hassle.
