Rheon  stress free rimmed pizza crust forming line. (19” wide sheeting line.) Includes all equipment in between but not including Dough Divider and Oven.  Set up for 11.5” crusts at 11/min. This line was also running 6 1/2” crusts at 37/min. New 1992. Components include the following:
