Capmatic Rebel PCC-111 SN#RE02100995. Plug/Crimp/Cap. Speeds from 60 to 120BPM. Currently set up for Dip Tube Insertion at station #1, Crimping @ station #2, and Overcapping @ station #3. Manual loading of Dip Tubes and Caps. Add part feeders to make the machine fully automatic. Easily adaptable for various plug/tip insertion and torque capping applications. Infeed, bottle, plug, cap, overcap upsidedown bottle, reject, infeed clutch, air, and discharge back-up sensors linked to LED Indicators on control panel. Interlocking Barrier Guarding. 220V/1Ph/60Hz/15A, 90PSI, 10CFM. Date of Manufacture: 12/03. Complete Manual/Documentation. Videos of FAT for crimp/overcap and torque capping & Change Over Procedures.
