Greerco Gifford Wood Mixer Head (Lifted by hydraulic cylinder). 3 HP/XP vari-speed slow speed agitator paddles. Outer agitator fitted with spring loaded plastic sidewall scrapers. Center mounted homogenizer driven by a 7.5 HP/XP motor 3475 RPM. With light port and glass sightport with handles. Kettle is 38 in. dia. Jacket is rated 40 psi at 287 deg. F.
