Fomaco injector, R&D unit out of Sara Lee, really nice shape, excellent main motor/variator, stainless belt, new hoses, brine valves, new product feet, new guage, has filter, no wear on bridge assembly, rubber impeller on Jabsco pump, new belt, new uniball rod ends, new curtains. This machine will do 50 strokes per minute of bone in or boneless product, machine is made in Denmark and parts are available in U.S., This machine would be a perfect fit for small producer or store, also would be perfect for another R&D facility.
