Cozzoli RFPC intermittent motion rotary fill tip cap machine capable of running up to 50 cycles/minute. Currently equipped with single 10cc piston and tooling for 1'' Diameter 10ml container. With proper change parts unit can be equipped to run (3) piston block for multi dose filling with up to 4 oz pistons each. Container size range up to 4.5” dia x 1 1/4”-6”H. Minimum cap and plug size 5/16” dia. Has no bottle/no fill detection. All stainless steel with lexan guarding. Operation: Containers are fed with vibratory feeder to conveyor then to main star wheel. After fill station containers are indexed to tip station, then cap station and final torque station prior to discharge. Comes with main star container parts for 30ml, 20ml, 15ml, 10ml, and 5ml. Spare pistons include (2) 30cc, (2) 20cc, 10cc. Spare tip applicators and cap torque heads. (3) Spare vibratory bowls and drive with vibratory bowl. Elec: 1/60/230V on filler and 1/60/115V for vibratory feeders. Product, plug and cap contact parts are 316 stainless steel. Last used in pharmaceutical application.
