Ice Cream Novelty - Frozen Fruit Bar Production Equipment

This machine was made by Waukesha Cherry Burrell (WCB) and sold by Zuris in Italy. It is designed for small to medium production rates for entry into commercial manufacturing. The machine was last used to manufacture sorbet bars that were then dipped in chocolate. Machine is ideal for producing Frozen Fruit Bars, Paletas, Ice Pops or other frozen novelties. It comes with the chocolate dipping set up, however it is using a replacement heating element not the one originally supplied with the machine. The Chocolate dipping unit is provided at no additional charge, but sold as is and not guaranteed to be working.

We believe it shipped to the original buyer in 2000, but this is only our best guess.

Condition: Average for a used piece of ice cream equipment.  This is a simple technology and this method is used today even in very large scale factories. The just have much larger tanks and the molds are moved through the liquid by a chain drive. The best news is very little can go wrong with this equipment.

Estimated Production Speed Per the Instruction Manual:500 Bars Per Minute when making Ice Pops with the following conditions

Temperature of Mix Being Put Into the Molds: +4C /+39F

Temperature of Room Where Equipment is Located: +23C /+74F

Using 53 cc / 1.75 fl oz of the ice pop mix

Last used to make a 4 ounce bar with sorbet the ACTUAL production rate with a single employee doing all work including dipping in chocolate was 24 dozen per hour (288 $ ounce bars) using the molds that come with this machine.

The operating manual that is with the equipment is in both Italian and English.

This is good piece of equipment at just a portion of what you would pay new.
