This machine has a sealed vacuum chamber which gives you much more control over the forming process, resulting in better quality, consistent mouldings.

Forming area: 1330mm x 620mm with 15 zone heating.
Depth of drawer: 420mm

Maximum material thickness: 6mm

Pre-stretch: this enables the sheet to be inflated prior to bringing up the tool, to create a more uniform material thickness.

Auto-level: this feature allows air to be pumped under the sheet while it is heated in order to keep a constant distance between the heaters and the sheet.
