This is one of the nicest used Roto Claw on the market. It was used as a back up unit that saw very little operation. It is compleatly operational needing nothing. This unit is used to break down frozen 40-60lb blocks of tempered meat that will be fed to your first grind on your grinding line. Its all stainless steel with a product lift.
