2 sets of 2 ovens-Holds double racks 15 each side-stainless steel outside, had steam and draft,damper,small ramp had water and steam controls. Has pressure relief for venting steam from baking chamber,automatic release, can be connected to evacuation tube for heat from baking chamber has natural draft no fan required. Has 5/8 connection coper water line for steam in chamber. 120 Vac 15 Amp for control panel. Can be mounted on concrete floor. Rack oven Roto Revent with or without rocker. Has been used for cheesecake, breads, cakes,cookies,and baked foods of all kinds. In excellent condition. still set up in bakery, not connected ready to be diasembled and shipped. Comes in 4 parts. Has to be moved by equipment movers on large trailer. Outstanding oven.
